LinkerAI is an AI-powered link management and research assistant service that allows users to:
- Save and organize web links
- Generate AI-powered summaries and insights
- Extract and track entities (companies, people, topics)
- Search and analyze saved content
3. User Accounts
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
4. Subscription and Payment
4.1 Free Tier
The free tier includes up to 20 links per month with basic features.
4.2 Pro Subscription
The Pro subscription ($8/month) includes unlimited links and premium features. Subscriptions are billed monthly and automatically renew unless cancelled.
4.3 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe upon intellectual property rights of others
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
- Transmit malware or other harmful code
- Abuse, harass, or harm other users
- Use automated means to access the Service without permission
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by LinkerAI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a license to use, process, and store that content for the purpose of providing the Service.
7. AI-Generated Content
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate summaries, insights, and other content. AI-generated content is provided "as is" and may not always be accurate. You should verify important information independently.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LinkerAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
